Welcome to Pacific Auto Hub.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pacific Auto Hub website, including any content, functionality, products, programming services, and other services offered through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting vehicle information, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree with these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through our website.

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You are purchasing products or services for lawful purposes.
  • You have the legal authority to provide the submitted vehicle information.
  • Your use of the website does not violate applicable law.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Pacific Auto Hub makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, photographs, pricing, availability, and specifications.

However, product photographs are provided for reference purposes. The physical appearance of a product may differ because of:

  • Previous use
  • Refurbishment
  • Manufacturer revisions
  • Part-number substitutions
  • Label condition
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Lighting or screen-display differences

Minor cosmetic differences do not necessarily affect the functionality of a product.

Product availability, specifications, descriptions, and prices may be corrected, changed, or updated without prior notice.

4. PRODUCT CONDITION

Unless expressly identified otherwise on the applicable product page, products sold by Pacific Auto Hub may be OEM, used, reconditioned, remanufactured, refurbished, or previously installed automotive components.

These products may show reasonable signs of prior use, including:

  • Scratches
  • Marks
  • Discoloration
  • Label wear
  • Residue
  • Minor cosmetic damage

Such signs do not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.

Products are inspected or tested according to the procedures applicable to the particular product before shipment.

5. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Automotive control modules may require specific vehicle information to determine compatibility and complete programming.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Vehicle Identification Number
  • Vehicle year
  • Vehicle make and model
  • Engine size
  • Transmission type
  • Current mileage
  • Original part number
  • Module number
  • Calibration information
  • Immobilizer or security information
  • Other vehicle-specific details

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

A product appearing similar to an existing module does not guarantee compatibility. Matching connectors, housings, photographs, or partial part numbers may not be sufficient to determine whether a module will function correctly in a particular vehicle.

Pacific Auto Hub is not responsible for problems, incompatibility, programming errors, processing delays, or additional expenses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

6. PROGRAMMING SERVICES

Certain products may be programmed, flashed, updated, or configured using customer-provided vehicle information.

Programming may include, where applicable:

  • Vehicle Identification Number configuration
  • Mileage configuration
  • Calibration installation
  • Software updating
  • Vehicle-option configuration
  • Module initialization preparation

Programming does not guarantee that a product will resolve every vehicle problem.

A vehicle may contain unrelated electrical, mechanical, wiring, sensor, network, ignition, security, or power-supply problems. Customers should obtain an appropriate diagnosis before purchasing an electronic automotive module.

Some modules may require additional installation procedures after delivery, including:

  • Key programming
  • Immobilizer relearning
  • Security relearning
  • Crankshaft-position relearning
  • Throttle relearning
  • Idle relearning
  • Dealer-level initialization
  • Professional scan-tool procedures

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, these additional procedures are not included in the purchase price.

7. ORDERS

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

Pacific Auto Hub may accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • Pricing or product information contains an error.
  • Payment cannot be verified or authorized.
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • Required vehicle information is missing.
  • The supplied information indicates incompatibility.
  • Shipping restrictions apply.
  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

8. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally subject to a processing period of approximately two to three business days before shipment.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification
  • Vehicle-information verification
  • Compatibility checking
  • Programming
  • Testing
  • Quality-control inspection
  • Packaging

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may require additional processing time when:

  • Vehicle information is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Additional customer confirmation is required.
  • A product requires specialized programming.
  • Payment verification is delayed.
  • The order is placed during a holiday or high-volume period.
  • Events outside our reasonable control affect operations.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable federal holidays.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSE DELAYS

Customers must respond promptly when Pacific Auto Hub requests information needed to verify, program, process, or ship an order.

Failure to provide requested information may delay the order.

Pacific Auto Hub is not responsible for processing or delivery delays caused by a customer’s failure to provide accurate or complete information within a reasonable period.

10. PRICING

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All prices are displayed in United States dollars.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, shipping charges, programming fees, core charges, or other applicable fees may be added at checkout.
  • The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, supplier, or system error, Pacific Auto Hub may cancel the order and issue a refund.

11. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be securely processed by Intuit or another authorized payment-service provider made available on the website.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • You authorize the applicable charges.
  • You authorize payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

All transactions are subject to authorization, verification, and approval by the payment provider or financial institution.

Pacific Auto Hub does not control and is not responsible for declines, holds, processing delays, currency-conversion fees, overdraft fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

12. TAXES

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, customs, or similar taxes associated with an order unless those amounts are collected directly during checkout.

Tax amounts may be calculated based on information such as the product type, billing address, shipping destination, and applicable tax requirements.

13. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after:

  • Payment has been processed.
  • Programming has started.
  • A product has been configured using customer-provided information.
  • Packaging has started.
  • A shipping label has been created.
  • The order has been transferred to a carrier or fulfillment provider.

Approved cancellations may be subject to deductions permitted by the applicable Return and Warranty Policy, particularly when work has already been completed or nonrecoverable costs have been incurred.

14. SHIPPING AREA

Pacific Auto Hub primarily ships within the United States.

Available shipping destinations and methods will be displayed during checkout or otherwise confirmed before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are restricted, unsupported, commercially unreasonable, or unavailable through our carriers.

15. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking information will generally be provided after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier
  • Selected shipping method
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier volume
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Pacific Auto Hub is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Pacific Auto Hub is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Unauthorized address changes
  • Customer relocation
  • Carrier-access restrictions

Contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has started.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be redirected, reshipped, or returned because of an incorrect address.

17. DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect delivered packages and products promptly.

Visible shipping damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • Photographs of the product
  • Packaging materials
  • The order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Carrier documentation

Customers should not discard the original packaging while a shipping-damage claim is being reviewed.

18. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title transfer according to applicable law and the terms of the selected shipping arrangement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

19. RETURNS

Subject to our Return and Warranty Policy, eligible products may be returned within 14 days after confirmed delivery.

A return must be authorized before it is shipped back.

To request a return, contact:

admin@pacificautohub.com

The request should include:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Product information
  • Reason for return
  • Relevant photographs or diagnostic information
  • Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the return

20. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

Approved returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, commonly referred to as an RMA.

Products returned without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

An RMA does not automatically guarantee a refund. Returned products remain subject to inspection and the requirements of the Return and Warranty Policy.

21. RETURN CONDITION

Unless the return concerns a verified defect or an incorrect item supplied by Pacific Auto Hub, returned products should:

  • Be in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
  • Include original components and accessories.
  • Be packaged securely.
  • Include the applicable RMA information.
  • Be free from unauthorized alteration or physical damage.

A refund may be reduced or denied, where legally permitted, if the returned product is materially damaged, incomplete, substituted, tampered with, or altered after delivery.

22. RETURN SHIPPING

Responsibility for return-shipping costs will be determined according to the reason for the return and our Return and Warranty Policy.

Customers should use a traceable shipping service and package returned electronic components appropriately.

Pacific Auto Hub is not responsible for a returned product that is lost or damaged before it is delivered to our designated return location.

23. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and applicable processing times.

Original shipping fees, return-shipping costs, programming expenses, expedited-service charges, or other nonrecoverable amounts may be excluded where disclosed, legally permissible, and applicable under our Return and Warranty Policy.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer’s non-waivable rights under applicable law.

24. WARRANTY

Most eligible products may include a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the applicable product listing and the full Return and Warranty Policy.

A warranty applies only to the product identified in the original order and does not automatically apply to every item or service sold on the website.

The product listing and Return and Warranty Policy will control if their warranty terms differ from a general statement on this page.

25. WARRANTY ACTIVATION

Where warranty activation is required, the customer must complete the activation process within 20 days after receiving the product.

Activation instructions may require information such as:

  • Order number
  • Customer contact information
  • Vehicle Identification Number
  • Installation date
  • Installer information
  • Product serial or module number

Failure to complete a clearly disclosed activation requirement may affect warranty eligibility to the extent permitted by law.

26. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

To the extent permitted by law, warranty coverage may be denied or limited when a product has been affected by:

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid exposure
  • Fire or excessive heat
  • Corrosion
  • Improper voltage
  • Reverse polarity
  • Electrical shorts
  • Defective wiring
  • Improper grounding
  • Jump-start damage
  • Welding performed without proper electrical precautions
  • Unauthorized opening or alteration
  • Tampering
  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Accident damage
  • Installation in an incompatible vehicle
  • Failure of another vehicle component
  • Failure to follow installation instructions

Warranty coverage applies only to the covered product. It does not automatically include labor, installation, towing, rental vehicles, storage, locksmith services, diagnostics, dealer charges, programming by third parties, lost income, or vehicle downtime.

27. WARRANTY REMEDIES

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable Return and Warranty Policy, an approved warranty remedy may consist of:

  • Technical assistance
  • Inspection
  • Repair
  • Reprogramming
  • Replacement
  • Refund up to the amount paid for the covered product

The specific remedy will be determined in accordance with the written warranty and applicable law.

A replacement product may be refurbished, remanufactured, reconditioned, or functionally equivalent to the original product.

28. INSTALLATION

Automotive electronic modules should be installed by a properly qualified automotive technician where professional installation is reasonably required.

Before installing a replacement module, the vehicle should be inspected for conditions that could damage the replacement product, including:

  • Electrical shorts
  • Defective grounds
  • Wiring damage
  • Charging-system problems
  • Water intrusion
  • Corrosion
  • Defective sensors
  • Failed actuators
  • Communication-network faults
  • Other underlying mechanical or electrical problems

Installing a replacement module without correcting the condition that damaged the original module may also damage the replacement unit.

Pacific Auto Hub does not provide on-site installation unless expressly agreed in writing.

29. DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION

Error codes, technician opinions, internet research, symptoms, and visual comparisons do not always establish that a control module is defective.

Customers are responsible for obtaining an appropriate diagnosis before ordering.

Pacific Auto Hub does not guarantee that replacing a purchased module will correct a vehicle’s symptoms when the actual cause is another component or system.

30. CORE RETURNS

Certain products may involve a refundable core charge or require the customer to return an original module.

When applicable, the product page, invoice, or accompanying instructions will describe:

  • The core amount
  • Return deadline
  • Acceptable core condition
  • Return instructions
  • Applicable deductions
  • Refund requirements

A core return is separate from a standard product return unless expressly stated otherwise.

31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Auto Hub’s aggregate liability arising from a product, service, order, or use of the website will not exceed the amount paid to Pacific Auto Hub for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Auto Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

  • Installation expenses
  • Removal expenses
  • Diagnostic fees
  • Dealer charges
  • Locksmith expenses
  • Towing charges
  • Rental-vehicle costs
  • Storage fees
  • Lost income
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of use
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Damage caused by unrelated vehicle faults

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

32. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except for an express written warranty provided with an eligible product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Pacific Auto Hub does not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available.
  • Website content will always be error-free.
  • Every product will remain available.
  • Every vehicle issue will be resolved by replacing a module.
  • Every module can be programmed remotely or before installation.
  • Third-party services will operate without interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written warranty or an implied warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

33. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including:

  • Payment processors
  • Shipping carriers
  • Analytics providers
  • Advertising platforms
  • Social-media platforms
  • Vehicle-data providers
  • Financing providers
  • External websites

Pacific Auto Hub does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

34. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS

You may be permitted to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Restricting access to your device
  • Activities conducted through your account
  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

Pacific Auto Hub may suspend or terminate an account associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or threats to website security.

35. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
  • Submit false payment or vehicle information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or data.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with website security or operation.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or extract website data without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Submit misleading reviews or communications.
  • Abuse return, refund, warranty, or chargeback procedures.
  • Violate intellectual-property rights.
  • Use automated systems in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on the website.

36. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original content—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, layouts, product descriptions, photographs, videos, software, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Pacific Auto Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal and lawful purchasing purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written authorization.

Manufacturer names, vehicle names, trademarks, and part numbers may belong to their respective owners. Their use is for identification, compatibility, and informational purposes and does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement.

37. CUSTOMER CONTENT

When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, question, or other content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it.
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • It does not violate another person’s rights.
  • It is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or misleading.

You grant Pacific Auto Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

38. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may use reasonable verification and fraud-prevention measures before accepting or fulfilling an order.

These measures may include:

  • Address verification
  • Payment authorization
  • Identity confirmation
  • Order-pattern review
  • Requests for supporting information
  • Communication with payment providers

An order may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

39. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact Pacific Auto Hub promptly when an order problem occurs so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights through a card issuer, payment provider, bank, or consumer-protection authority.

Submitting knowingly false information in connection with a payment dispute may constitute fraud and may result in account restriction or other lawful action.

40. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Pacific Auto Hub and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Information or content you submit
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with your account

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Pacific Auto Hub for Pacific Auto Hub’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or obligations that cannot legally be transferred.

41. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Pacific Auto Hub will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • War
  • Civil disturbance
  • Government action
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Power failures
  • Cyberattacks
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Supplier shortages
  • Public-health emergencies

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected operations when practical.

42. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This governing-law provision does not eliminate consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to the customer.

43. JURISDICTION AND VENUE

To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or a transaction with Pacific Auto Hub shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

44. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

45. NO WAIVER

Failure by Pacific Auto Hub to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by an authorized representative.

46. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Warranty Policy, applicable product descriptions, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Pacific Auto Hub concerning your website use and purchase.

If a product-specific written warranty or product listing conflicts with a general provision, the more specific provision will control for that product to the extent permitted by law.

47. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Pacific Auto Hub may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Business practices
  • Products or services
  • Payment or shipping arrangements
  • Website functionality
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms. Changes requiring separate consent will be handled accordingly.
